A Really Inconvenient Truth For Mr. Al Gore

Here is a press release from the Tennessee Center for Policy Research that details Al Gore's 'do as I say, not as I do' when it comes to energy conservation. I'm not big on the global warming issue and I do believe where we can conserve we should.

However, these freaks who run around the country raising all sorts of trouble should at least be leading a life of what they preach! Al and all other renegades, please stop 'the sky is falling, the sky is falling' talk. The sky won't fall until it is supposed to and for those who want to know when it is supposed to, well no one knows the exact time and hour of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

Until then, "O be wise, what more can I say....."

Perhaps you should have read a bit more about Gore's energy bill. One of the reasons it was so high was that he pays a buttload more to have the energy come from 'green' sources like wind and solar which are more expensive due to the newer technology.

He also purchases carbon offsets for the energy that comes from traditional CO2 producing sources. The bill that TCPS (which is a fake group run by a 27 year old kid from the Right Wing American Enterprise Institute) displayed also covered the energy from their living space AND Al's office and Tipper's office, all of which are on the same property.

Also, regarding your comment about Ann Coulter in the Houston Chronical Blog -- I think you should do a little more research there, too. None of the commentators you mention say anything near the ad hominem attack that Ann Coulter made on John Edwards, except for Rosie, and if you check, you'll find that Liberals find her to be as much of a moron as Conservatives. Something we can all finally agree on, huh?

And further, conservatives regularly attack left of center pundits for their comments. Bill Maher lost his ABC show for saying that the 9/11 hijackers were crazy and misguided, but it was not apt to call them cowards, because their evil attack did take physical courage. That ended his network career.

Also have a look at the way any comment about religion is taken as an attack on Christianity. Catholic League head Bill Donahue has virtually been sleeping in a TV studio he's been so busy demanding that John Edwards web site bloggers be fired AND that James Cameron's special on Christ's tomb be pulled from the air.

Sure, sure, Big Al is doing his part to reduce emissions. Carbon offsets is just a big lie and an excuse to keep doing what he is doing without trying to look hypocritical.

The liberal left gets a free pass in all they say. Those who identified have said what I wrote and many others as well. There are many other liberal talking heads who say whatever they want and don't face any repercussions.

Maher just said that VP Cheney should have been killed in that attack. Hear anything about it on the network news? Gee, I wonder why not.

I actually believe in free speech. Do you? If so, then let people say what they want but don't just report 1 side of it.

Christianity takes hits everyday from the left and the network news folks. Why is it that only Christianity can be abused and no other faith? Strange don't you think.
